The portal shows your plan, payment status, and missing items.
After payment and required access/keys, publication can move forward.

Payment access

Payment destinations are shown only inside your authenticated portal after the app record exists and payment is still pending.

PayPal, crypto, ACH, and Zelle stay tied to the same customer record.
Operators can review your payment notice from the admin side after you submit it.
You will see the payment instructions immediately after account creation if payment is still pending.
